Vista is home to several sports and active-lifestyle manufacturers. Production and warehousing combine large roof area with moderate load — often a good fit for a system sized to consumption with the surplus stored.
Electronics assemblers, printed circuit board manufacturers and specialty fabricators operate along Business Park Drive and Hacienda Drive. Process-controlled environments again produce a favourable, daytime-weighted load shape.
The brewery taprooms bring an evening load on top of the daytime process load. That combination is where paired battery storage earns its cost, by moving daytime generation into the evening rate period.
